2400 SQ, METER WORKSHOP
Marine Service Noord’s sister company IMPAS produces our pipes and handles the modular construction of our piping skids. IMPAS has a 2400m2 workshop and approximately 30 workers. Our certified welders can process carbon steel, stainless steel and cunifer materials.
FULL TRACEABILITY
If desired, we can ensure a fully traceable production process, collecting and storing the welding WPS and PQR and material specifications and records in a manufacturing record book.
COST EFFICIENT PRODUCTION
To save on costs, we use NC controlled bending equipment and fabricates the T-joints with our T-drill machines. We can create bends to a diameter of 139.7 mm and tees to a diameter of 323.9 mm.
